Designing a Course Map for Effective Learning Transfer

This design document outlines the Health Insurance Foundations course map for new customer service agents at a health insurance company. 

This content is relevant to their job as they'll use this information when assisting customers. However, it's also personally relevant because the audience will need to select their own insurance plan during the new hire benefits enrollment period.

The outcome of this initial course is for the new hire audience to successfully use the company benefits information to make an informed choice for their benefits selection within the benefit selection period. The goals, objectives, tasks, content, activities, and assessments in this course are designed to support that outcome.
